JAC Class 10th Syllabus 2022-2023

JAC Class 10th Syllabus 2022: Jharkhand Academic Council, Jharkhand Education Project Council & Jharkhand Council of Educational Research and Training has released the revised syllabus for class 10th examination 2022.

• The JAC class 10th examination will be conducted in two terms and the pattern of the two terms will be the same.
• Both exams, Term-1, and Term-2 will be of 40-40 marks.
• A total of 30 questions of one mark, 2 questions of 2.5 marks, and 1 question of five marks will be asked in the 40 marks exam.
• 20 questions of one mark will be multiple choice, 5 questions will be very short answers and 5 questions will be the short answer.
• 3 questions of 2.5 marks will be asked and from which the candidate will have to answer 2 questions.
• For a five marks question, Two choices will be given to the examinee .
• According to the new pattern of question paper, there will be an examination of 80 marks including both the terms and there will be an internal assessment of 20 marks.

• The revised new syllabus for all the subjects of class 10th has been issued by the Jharkhand Education Project Council, Jharkhand Council of Educational Research and Training, and Jharkhand Academic Council.
• The exam will be taken in two terms.
• The first term exam will be held in November 2022 and the second term exam will be held in March 2023.
• The revised new syllabus for class 10th will be made available by the School Department and Literacy Department to the teachers of all government and non-government schools in the state
• examinations will be conducted based on the revised syllabus.

• The exam for both the terms will be conducted based on a 50-50% syllabus.
• Students have to to get 33% marks to pass.
• This revised syllabus will be applicable in all the schools of Jharkhand.
• The first term exam will be held in November 2022 and the second term exam will be held in March 2023.
• The final result will be released based on the first term and second term scores.
• Internal assessment and practical examinations will be taken from the school, and college levels.
• For class 10th and 12th examinations, five sets of model question papers will be prepared by JCERT.
• The model question paper will be made available to Jharkhand Academic Council 45 days before the examination by JCERT.
